'98 12v PCM-Bus link issues

I have a '98 12v. I've lost all PCM controlled functions. Scanners say "12 volt power loss" or "modules not responding". After $155.00 the dealer don't know rear from hole in wall. All lines in to PCM have 12v+ at right spots and grounds are OK. All sensors have 5 volts. I've had 2 PCM's in and a diffrent instrument cluster and no change. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Well, at least I'm not the only one stumped by this.
