are the 96 and 97 front frames the same? fisher plow setup?
Hey guys...
my brother's truck is a 97...he's not going to be using the plow mounts, and i need them for my 96...are the frames the same? it seems the fisher website shows some sort of difference...it seems insignificant though...then again...their directions are a bit confusing; as they group 1500, 2500, 3500 together in one set of directions, then totally seperate in others...

they both require push plate kit #7157

It seems that there are slight differences in the 96 and 97 frames...such as more support for the shock towers in the 97... i thought that was interesting..
