i got a 96 reg cab 4x4 5 speed cummins with 3.55 gears and limited slip. the pump has been calibrated to the high end of specs by connel diesel. i want to add a #10 plate and 3000 gsk. with these mods what do you think my truck could do in the 1/4? i know its gonna be slower then an auto.

Altitude plays a big part too. Im runnin 14.8 at 89 mph and 4,200 ft with my mods in my sig.
I have a buddy that runs a best of 15.5 here at 4,200... but on a recent trip to Oregon at about 300 ft asl, ran a 14.6 with his exact same mods between the two times.

I was launching mine in third. It was tricky to get it to take off right, but when it did, it did it pretty well. Best 60' time was a 2.4, best ET was 14.05. It would be easier to launch in second, but then you have that extra shift to make. If you have a single disc clutch, launch in second.
