95 12 V. From California
A buddy of mine is wanting to buy a 95 california built truck. Is there any emissions hurdles he will need to know. He is building it to race? I am unsure so I figured I would ask the pros.

Interesting as to why a CA truck? It was the non-california 5 speed trucks that had what many consider to be the better injection pump... or should I say the more hotrodable pump.
