"94 1/2 ton gasser speedo questions
My friends father has a "94 318 he bought new. The speedo will not rise above 30 MPH as his speed increases above 30. It acts correct below 30.

Suggestions? Ideas?

I have a factory manual to reference if I need it.

It does have 140-150 thousand miles.

i would suspect its the speedo head itself, but a speed sensor would be a cheaper guess.
