93 dodge D250 AC/Windows won't work

I went out to my truck one morning and I wanted to roll down my windows and they wouldn't so I wanted to turn on the AC and it wouldn't work. WT?
That's strange because they worked the last time I used it.
I checked the fuses and they are good, but there isn't power to the back of the fuse panel for the AC and Windows.
I tried swapping out the ignition switch but that didn't change anything.

Does anyone know what this splitter powers? This pic is not mine because the orange wire under the finger has broke away from the splitter.

Everything else works fine but those two items.
Thanks for you help.

Oh ya, its been 114 degrees around here so it's cooking inside the truck.

Those are fusable links most people replace them with a small fuse panel. But that is definately your problem.

Ya, that all died on my truck about 5 yrs ago. I re-wired a fused lead from the battery to feed that side of the fuse box, so now my windows and blower motor work whether the key is on or not. It's actually kind of handy as long as you don't forget to turn the blower motor off. Our huge batteries saved me once, came out from work and jumped in and the blower was running. Of course I was nervous at that point, but it started right up.

Well the orange wire that I was speaking of was the culprit. I bypassed that splitter and tied it directly to the battery. That will work for right now. Thanks for the help.
