Just picked it up. I test drove it around the local streets from where the previous owner live in. I took it out on the road just today. This CTD is slow. I had trouble maintaining speeds to keep up with traffic. This was the second time driving it. I just didn't want to hammer it down the road. It will speed. But it seems like I have to literally smash the skinny pedal down like I was mad at it. It is basically floored the majority of the time. Is that how these trucks of this year run? I mean I'm just comparing to my 01. Are the 89 just so down tuned out of the box. I have seen some quick low budget BOMs. I'll be doing that pronto. But is this the norm for this truck?
