750 miles to a tank!
I isn't as hard as I thought it was. And it wasn't on a trip, I did it driving back and forth to work. With plenty of starts and stops, and red lights along the way. You just have to stop driving like a fool I guess cause I usually only get 550 miles or so to a tank.
I had a whole quart of two stroke oil in it. If a little bit does good a lot does better right? I kept it under 10 pounds of boost except for a few times and pretty much just observed all the speed limits along the way.

It is 2wd and the tank was filled to the max, but I don't fill at the pump so I have no idea how many gallons I used. Over head said 21.3 mpg.
My trip to work is ~20 miles and is 60% interstate. And my trips to town I only had heavy traffic once.

I absolutely believe it!!!!! When I fill up to full max on the tank (for those unknowing out there, you get and extra 3.5-4gal from the expansion dome giving you a total of 40gal +/-) I cant remember the last time I didnt get 800mi to a tank!!!!!
My best ever was 882mi. (GPS verified) used 40.2gal with 1.3 gal left in the tank (coulda got well over 900mi). I have run mine so far past empty till the fuel pressure started fluctuating rapidly, indicating cavitation from air, pulled over, added a gallon jug of fuel and went to the closest station to fill up (right at 5mi) and the truck held 40.9 gallons to top of filler neck........add about 1/4gal used to get to the station, which means total usable capacity for mine is around 41.5gal.
For the math challenged, that works out to 21.94mpg.......all that at an even 70mph freeway speed, cruise on, no A/C.......if driving 65, it would have easily got an extra 1mpg.
Not my best ever MPG tank, and here's an old thread detailing alot of this:

It's about time people started getting better mileage. I've been getting those numbers for over a year and a half now. Right on... It ain't so much what you drive but how you drive it. I usually get about 620-660 miles on a tank fill up.

The most MPG I have gotten is 28mpg on the over head on the 03.
The overhead at that time it was giving me about 0.1 differance from hand calculated. It now is about 1 off.
I drove about 50 miles with cruise on in 5th at 35mph! I could hardly believe the mpg. There were curves and some up and down small hills but the speed limit was 35mph. This was done in Yellowstone Park before it was opened to the public for the summer of 05. Speed limits on the roads for the summer is 45mph. This would be 896 miles for a 32 gallon tank.
