5.9 and 6 speed auto

5.9 and 6 speed auto
hey guys just kind of thinking out loud here. Has anyone thought about putting a 6 speed auto in place of the 4 speed auto behind the 5.9. Is it doable or just a sweet dream???

Some guys have put an Allison behind their's. It can be a real pain since you have to use a stand alone controller. It's all about who programmed it and if it suits your needs. It can cost a pretty penny though.
