I lost the stock exhaust Friday afternoon and installed the 4in. Summit system. Not easy getting the stock system off. Not thinking ahead, all I had was my little dremel. I think I went through about 30 of the cutoff wheels. The install was pretty smooth. It seems quite loud now, but I don't think I'll have a problem adjusting. Egt took a nice drop, 100-150 while cruising, based on my limited driving time.

 

Does it run better? Did you have some fuel milage numbers to compare with?

 

Not yet. I've only driven about 60 miles. I did take the family out to the lake with the Jet skis. Noticeable egt improvement. No sop power difference.

 

No hacksaws in Reno?

 

No transportation to hardware store to buy a new hacksaw blade. I had to sneak it in there while my fiance was at work. Didn't think ahead about the dismantling. That tubing was thick, too.
