I'm getting the Trans Temp light flashing and she's going in and out of Tow/Haul intermittently - concurrent with the temp light. Happens while in gear, or idling in gear and in park - engine speed or load seems to make no difference. No codes, and no 1-2-1-2 hunt, which makes this different from everything I could find on a search.
For the last week before this started, twice she started missing slightly at idle in gear, and bucking like a dropped cylinder/dead injector under load. Fuel pressure and EGTs were fine, just a puff of smoke and gone. Ran it for about 2 minutes both times, and it cleared up to just a minor miss at idle. Did the Seafoam treatment and ran some Howe's MeanerKleaner. Related to the tranny (how?) or coincidental?
Does this sound like something caused by the tranny pressure transducer/solenoid and temp sensor going south? The lack of codes and no CEL has me guessing on this one.
Same thing happens with Edge out of the loop; EGTs, FP, and boost are all good.

I had the same trans issue when mine was brand new. It turned out to be a sensor in the trans; I can't remember which sensor. The dealer tech fixed it fairly quickly.
