47 RE T/C Shudder

If govenor pressure is low or its going bad would that cause a shudder .
Mine in my 01 wiil do it if you keep your foot in it when it goes to OD lockup .

Woops should have put this in 2nd gen sorry . But guess a shudder is a shudder if its caused by low pressure 2nd r 3rd gen

Governor pressure doesn't have anything to do with the apply pressure on the clutches, that is line pressure. The gov pressure just influences the 1-2 and 2-3 shift, OD is computer controlled and if the truck shudders under hard throttle going into OD thats the OD clutches slipping.
