4500/5500 tire wear and other ??

Looking for feedback on how the tires are wearing on the 4500 and 5500 CC trucks. Have you swapped to a more aggressive tire? How is it holding up? Did you face any additional costs to register your 4500/5500 due to weight? I am considering all factors before I decide to get a 4500 or 5500 over the 3500 CC truck.

I havent had my truck long enough to wear the tires any, But i had the same tires on a GMC TopKick that had 13,000 miles when I traded it in and they were still 85%. On my dodge 5500 I put traction tires on the front just like the one's on the back, I dn't know why that isn't standard from the factory on 4x4 trucks. The question is what will you be using your next truck for?

I'll be moving to Colorado. Most likely, in the Creede or Cotopaxi area. Will see LOTS of snow in winter and be traveling on mainly rock roads. Will be pulling a good size 4 horse with LQ with a 14-20' short wall.
