That sucks!!! I often wonder about that area when I drive through.
I could have sworn I saw a BIG dall type sheep on sitting on the rocks under the fencing one time....

If you are coming from west or north of Nashville consider going to Atlanta and going up I-85 for some parts of NC and SC .

I caught it on the national news this am.
They said it's going to take months to fix.
HUGE rocks in the road.

I saw the same thing this AM also. I think it was Highway 4 here in WA has a 1/4 mile long slide on it right now that will shut it down for 30-45 days.
