I installed a 5" exhaust on my truck with far less mods than yours and I noticed a real power increase and lower egt's. I love mine although its a little on the loud side ( no muffler) I don't have any hard numbers to refer to, maybe someone else can help you on that end, however an exhaust upgrade is a must in my book.

Anything you can do to lower backpressure in the exhaust is a huge help. These trucks want ZERO backpressure. 5" isn't really needed, but it shouldn't hurt anything. 4" is plenty until you're at silly high power levels (600 or so, I bet).
