4 cyl CTD in F150???
Ok, here is the deal. Boy found a truck out of state and called me about it. He told me it had a 4 cyl CTD from a stationary unit somewhere coupled to a chevy automatic. Custom driveshaft. Sounds interesting if true. Need a new motor for the John Deere, 3 cyl gas, maybe I might be able to find another 4 cyl CTD for it. ;D I did not know Cummins made one.

The 4bt Cummins turbo is found in many of your bread and potato chip type delivery trucks. Strong little motor but no where near as smooth as the 6bt.

Thanks for the input guys! I really think that I might look around and see about that engine swap for the tractor. I did not know they were that common. Thanks again <br>Ed
