4:10 to 373,s to stop drone

Has anyone tried a higher gear ratio to try and reduce drone or vibration?

Guess that,s what Im looking for. 70 on
new england thruways is a bit faster than the posted 65mph limit. I could at least drive I-95 at the posted limit in relative comfort. As it is I can,t reach 65, 4:10,s are droning and vibing to much.

They are not going to solve this, I am beginning to understand that the nature of this problem is the nature of the beast itself, this is why dodge is so quiet on this matter. They have weighed the the advantages of public acknowledgement against passive involvement and have decided that a bandaid here and there and a acceptable percentage of angry customers is the lesser of two evils. Lets face it, if dodge acknowledeges these vibration issues the competition is going to have a field day. Dodge is gaining a market percentage even despite those of us with the vibration problem, do you really think dodge is willing to risk thier market share , I think not.
This is what we call acceptable causualties of war, lets face it, we have been hung out to dry.

my step dad HAD the problem on his 03 555 QC LWB 4x4. The dealer took out the 4x4 driveshaft and the vibration disappeared. They replaced the shaft and viola, no vibe.
