I've done a search, and found a lot of info. but still have a question...I'm really needing better (bigger, wider) mirrors for towing. I would like to go with 3rd gen style mirrors, whether aftermarket or chrysler mirrors.

Is there just one kit I can buy with everything I need? It seems like most threads involved buying one thing and making it work another...etc.

look up kool-vue there a 2nd gen tip up that come in man. or power heated. look just like late 2nd gen and 3rd gen tow mirrors

I checked out kool-vue.com....the only mirrors I found for my 98 where the stock mirrors.
If I were to order mirrors for say...an '03-'04...will they fit? what would I need to make them fit?

new one that kool-vue sells now that are electric/heat and are bolt on's for the 2nd gen Dodges. Kool vue part #DG49er and #DG49el

3rd gens will not fit unless you change the mount
I you dont want power you can buy mopar tow mirrors for a 2002 ram they will fit 94-02
