im pretty sure youd have to reclock the trubo so the exhuast housing and the boot outlet are in the right position for a 12v motor. i think. dont quote me on this

BigBlue has one on his 2nd GEN. You can find a great writeup by him in the 3rd GEN Performance section.

If you are putting a 3rd gen S300 on, you should be able to reclock the compressor housing to where the outlet faces in the right direction. But the discharge isn't as far away from the inlet as it is on the second gen, since we use the clamp on elbow. The stock 3rd gen turbos have the wastegate actuator attached to the compressor housing (like the later model HX/HY turbos), so thats why you would need to add extra piping to connect it, since it can't be easily reclocked.

Third gen turbos have a different compressor cover that like Tate said locates the cold pipe farther forward in the engine bay. The outlet does not drop down as far as the second gen turbo with clamped cast elbow so no matter what you do, you need like 2 45* silicone 3" elbows and short piece of 3" pipe.

I got the turbo on and the intake ran. it was hard but I got it. I used the stock 3inch down pipe elbow for the inlet on the intake for the intercooler. it looks good, the only problem im having now is for the oil feed line fittings.
