37s with little lift
Ive got some three inch spacers, and im wanting to run some 37s. My wheels are 9" wide and have a 5 inch bs, but i had to use 1/4 wheels spacers to get them to work so the bs is more like 4 3/4. Would adding longer control armes let me run 37s? As i dont have any rubbing right now with stock control arms and 35s. If so how much longer should i get the control arms over stock, or would i be best to use some adjustable arms?
Thanks Joel
Thanks Joel

longer control arms would prob help.
some fender trimming may be needed for full suspension travel.
Do some searches on my user name and I have written up much of what i did.
Some others have done it with no fender mods. Your results may vary.

Nriver, how much room do you have between your tires and your front bumper, and how much longer are your control arms over stock? I have alot of room between my tires and my bumber, so if i can move the axle forward about an inch and a half i think everything should work. Is that to far forward, for the trac bar to work, or will it make it bind? Thanks

not sure on teh front clearance. But that has never been a issue.
Most control arms I see are 1/2 longer than stock. DT Pro Fab makes some inexpensive ones. Carli and Kore make some expensive ones.
As far as 1 1/2 inch arms, that may be to far forward, not exactly sure. You may run into more issues with that long of a control arm. I am sure one of the above companies, and more of them can help you out.
Thuren even makes a new cool radius arm kit. Not sure on the effective length vs stock.

Dons arms are only adjustable on the top are tho? Does anyone know of some bars that are fully adjustable. Im sure i can find some 37s to test fit, if i had adjustable arms i could find out if they would work or not.
