Will this be 325 H.P. ?

Finally decided to go with some Mach 1.6 injectors to go with
my Smarty , 4" exhaust , AEM workhorse intake and southbend
OFE clutch. Will this put me at a "safe" 325 hp with stock turbo ?

I have that same setup (except the AEM, I have a BHAF).
Have not dynoe'd yet (just got the clutch installed in December). Everyone around here says that combo should be good for at least 350
The HO is 245 BHP (should dyno around 220 RWHP stock I think)
If I recall correctly, Don rates his injectors as HP increase seen at the rear wheels, and the 1.6's are 90 HP units. The Smarty is a 65 HP programmer. All that adds up to 375 HP, BUT if I remember correctly, the Smarty 65 HP gain doesn't occur at the peak of the curve. That is why 350 guestimate is probably reasonable.

Forgot to mention, I am running a manual boost controller, and with the Smarty on S/W #7, I see about 36 lbs. of boost with my stock turbo, I believe that is just outside the upper end of the efficiency curve for the HX-35. However, 36 PSI is under what is deemed destructive to a stock head gasket.

I'd expect an honest 335-345hp at the wheels.

325 is almost a given, unless the engine has something seriously wrong.

I have the boost elbow set at 32 psi . Engine has 88,000 miles
and is still in good condition. Just want another 50 hp over
the Rv275 injectors.

Hotdram i may be mistaken but i owuld be carful running over 35psi of boost i remeber reading that 35psi or greater could damage the the turbo which could damage your engine. just my .02

Yeah, mine has had spikes up to 43-45 psi, and it is the original turbo with 230K miles on it. These HX's are tough! I usually try to keep mine in the 30's, but the Adrenaline fuels so hard, the wastegate cannot keep it below 35.

I ran my HX-35 at 48 lbs for 6 months then set it at 36 for another six months and with 170,000 when I took it off it was still good to go. Their tough little boogers just create alot of heat after IMHO 38 lbs

My truck put down 320 with a set of 90rwhp and an edge ez box. I'm not sure what the smarty will give ya but its more than likely less than the ez. You will be fine with the stock turbo, I've ran 400rwhp with a stock turbo and the motor survived the abuse from my right. What kind of egt's and boost you seeing at wot? Just don't push the turbo above 37psi.
