305's on Stock 4x4

I've seen a couple members post's saying 305's are rubbing on the control arm(s) on stock height and trucks w/ a front leveling kit. My questions are, 1: Are you running stock wheels or stock offset on aftermarket wheels?
2: Has anybody checked to see if the axle moves off-center after the leveling kit due to the track bar angle (which is what the axle is centered by) being changed. Even lift kits of 3 in. come with a track bar relocation bracket. I'm currently debating whether to put a lift and 35's or just put 305's on it for now. I can't stand the tires rubbing though! Thanks ya'll-JG

Re:305's on Stock 4x4

I ran 305's without a leveling kit for about 6 months. It only rubbed with the steering wheel locked in either direction. Wasn't very bothersome at all. In fact, they still rubbed at full lock after I put the leveling kit on. I ran them on the stock aluminum rims. If you cannot stand rubbing at all, you're probably going to have to go with an aftermarket rim with less backspaceing. I don't know if the leveling kit moves the axle off-center or not. If it does, you could only tell by measuring, it's not apparent by looking at it. It actually made my truck track better. Stock, it pulled slightly to the left. Straight ahead after the leveling kit.

Re:305's on Stock 4x4

2" leveling kit moves the axle 1/2" to the drivers side

if you want 33's and can't stand rub run 285/75-16's they are the same hight as the 305/70-16's but 1" narrower

305's look cooler than the 285's though ............... also you will need fender flares with the 305's if you drive on any kind of gravel as they will stick out of the wheel wells (my 285's are right even with the edge)
