well its my dads truck and lastnight he went to go plug it in and the extencion cord end on the truck caught fire so we unplugged it right away, then started up truck to make sure no fuses went.. ran fine so shut it off, this morning dads brother doesnt kno and plugs in dads truck, then we go to start it up and it wont start now...it started fine the last few days when its been minus 42 with the wind chill and that was with not having it plugged in now it just turns over lots and wont fire...its got new batteries and we tried boosting it aswell and it still wont fire...its a 97 12v with the #10 fuel plate..straight piped and 600k kms..any help will be apprectiated thanks

If it turns over but just wont start make sure your solenoid is in the up position making sure you have fuel, then go from there.

thanks...we fixed the block heater and llet it warm up for a few hours a it started fine
