2wd and Hummer H2 wheels

I found a set of Hummer H2 wheels for an awesome price. I have seen where everyone has to have the centers machines out to fit but those were for 4WD trucks - would I have to have them machined for a 2wd truck or would they fit as is?
Not concerned about tire size at this point. I already have the daystar leveling spacer and a 3" body lift and will be putting the CST spindle lift in later and am looking for a cheaper alternative for wheels rather than aftermarket. However the wheel backspacing on the CST lift is a max of 5" although they say you can use the stock wheels with a 1/2 spacer - isn't the stock backspacing 6"?
