I gotta think yes, since my 2001 Hight Output (which should have a 241DHD), has a 241 DLD. The P.O said he had just replaced the xfer case. I didn't mind that it was used; what threw me off was the shift pattern: 2H-4H-N-4L. So its from a 94-98 truck too. Hope this helps!
