205 multi stick t-case
ive seen on past threads interest in multi-stick upgrades, for the 205, you can have the shift rail machined to allow independant front axle/hi-low activity on 2 sticks, the premium upgrade, adapts a 203 gear case between the trans and 205, to give a 4:1 low ratio. i set my cummins jeep up with the off road designs gear doubler that way, and love the extra gear range on down hills and rocks, the third stick gives a second 2:1 ratio, you can also go 2 stick with the doubler, deleting the front axle stick, the adapter kit goes for around 1300, and shortens the 203/205 mated assembly, youll still need to modify your drivelines longer/shorter, and alter crossmember mount local, as it moves back 13" or so, i did mine with 2 cross members, one cut out for front driveline pass thru, for xtra strength, for any serious wheeler, this is a worthy upgrade, that will be well appreciated every use.
