I want to get two more key fobs for the 2010 3500. I can get them on E-bay but can they be reprogramed ? Has anyone done this ? Having just two keys sucks. Dealer wasn't much help.

if I remember right, the truck will only sustain 3 keys. i would be leary about buying keys off of fleabay. we have had many times customer coming in with fleabay keys and they not program at all. the downfall (on this example not yours) is that you have to cut the key to fit the ignition, then find out it won't program then you can't return it for money back. with the 2010-newer keys, it does not have to be cut so if you do attempt it, make sure there is a money back policy in the purchase.

It is the fob which I want to program. The key only unlocks the tailgate and doors. The key will not start the truck.
