2007 radio problem

The truck in my sig with about 2200 miles on it just started having an annoying problem. While traveling houstons fine freeways and normal cruising speed my radio will change stations like it has been manually moved after hitting a moderate bump at speed. While sitting at a light I barely tapped the tuning **** and same thing. Is this something I should just deal with or is there an easy fix?

2 options. replace the headunit with an aftermarket or go to the dealer and they will replace it under warranty.
