2004 problem with the front diff

does the front drive shaft turn when not in four wheel drive when going down the road?

Yes it is always turning on 2004. Transfercase disengages it from transmission.

thanks. was just wondering. i had a 2000 dodge 1500 and the front drive shaft didn't turn on it going down the road and didn't know if the 04 2500 did
