2002 steering problems

2002 steering problems
i have a 2002 2500 ram diesel the truck wanders on the road,I got the frount end aligned but the problem is still there,Also i adjusted the steering box helped a little. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.Is there a aftermarket steering stableizer for this truck?

Check out your track bar. I put a Luke's link on mine and it made a difference. There is also a steering stabalizer for the bottom side of the steering box. It will only help if your output shaft has play in it. Here is a link to the stabalizer:
