I hope this is the right location for this topic. I was wondering if I could swap out my 6 speed from my 2000 CTD with a 6 speed from a 2003 CTD. Both are 4X4. Is this possible? My trans is giving out and so far thats the only one I can find. any input would be gladly appreciated.

The trans will fit fine, but you will need to replace the clutch disk because the 2003 trans has a 1-3/8" input shaft vs the 1999-2000 NV5600 which used 1-1/4" input shafts.
