It can do a 150 gallon batch... Several batches per day depending on how it's set up.. I only need to do 1 batch per day.

I'll be selling it soon and will be drawing up plans for others to copy it also..

Cost per gallon to make biodiesel is around 80 cents right now.. It was up to $1.05 earlier this year but is falling fast.

Ingredients are methanol, lye and any kind of new or used vegetable oil or tallow (animal fat).

Its an easy process if you set up the equipment correctly...

Can you use the methanol more than once and what do you get left over for waste if any??

You can recover methanol with any unit capable of withstanding a vacuum.. However, I find that I can recover both methanol and excess catylist by mixing the glycerin into the raw incoming oil supply.. Seems to be better than recovering it..
