2 minor electrical issues

Well first things first my truck is an 03 2500 4x4 quad cab with a 6 spd standard tranny. First issue is my backup lights keep blowing the fuse. They work a time or 2 then the fuse blows. It could be a cracked wire housing somewhere causing it to arc out on a frame rail which I will check soon but was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions.

Second issue is my power windows. I can control all the windows from my drivers door controls no problem but if you try to operate the windows using the switches on each individual door, sometimes they work and sometimes they dont, but they always work off the drivers door controls. Also if a switch on one door works for a day the other doors work aswell, its all or none with the exception of the drivers door switches that always work. Only thing I can think of is a cracked wire in one of the door jamb boots because I had my speaker wires for the rear doors break off. Any other suggestions? I should be looking at this stuff this weekend so any replies would help especially with the power windows cause my buddy who has the exact same truck as mine has the same window problem. Thanks.

I don't know what he found but some have found the lockout button to have corroded or loose connections causing it to act like it was locked out at times.

the drivers side is where all the others get their power from, so sometimes a loose or poor connection will cause this...
check the ground also on your B/U fixtures
