The first thing to check is, of course, the filters. Next, check for a leaking intercooler boot. After that, I do not know, unless you got some bad fuel or the timing slipped.
Good luck.

Make sure the shutoff solenoid is pulling lever all the way up.
If not you won't get full fuel and will have less power.
If it's not retracting all the way clean rod and that may fix.
If not could be bad relay or weak solenoid

make sure you have cleaned the screen in the fuel heater as well as it's the first thing to see bad fuel

Re:1994 dodge 3500 -no power

Definitely check your filters, the screen in the fuel heater, and fuel hoses, but the 94 came from the factory with a short-lived one-piece overflow valve in the injection pump. Check to be sure you have the two-piece valve, and if not, I would suspect your problem is right there.

Do not waste your time getting way overpriced replacements from Dodge, either go to Cummins or one of the advertisers for this site.

If you need to get an overflow valve, BE CAREFULL at Cummins. They charged me $84 for one!!!!!
