06 transfer case front output flange bolts

Help Please. I've searched all over, and can't find the bolt size for the front driveshaft to the front output flange from the T'case. When my front shaft failed, that rear yoke and the output flange stayed together, and I took it all into the driveshaft shop, so I lost them.

I've tried all the free issue bolts around that size, both metric and standard, and the best I can see is that it is a 10 mm, but what pitch?

I know the fronts are 8 mm, and hex heads are replacing the torx, but what bolt for the rear mount of the front shaft?

Thanks.

Check out this thread: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...e-t286794.html. He says they're M8x1.25x35 and he used 12.9 grade ones. Wait, that was for the connection to the front pinon flange. Sorry, but maybe they're the same.

Farmerger, if you could check that would be great. Jumper, I have the front flange under control, and the rear is definitely NOT the same. The Dodge parts girl I deal with said they are 0.473-14 x 1.25"? This doesn't make sense, unless she had a little dyslexia and meant 0.437, which would be a standard 7/16" (grade 8) bolt. I thought I tried that one already, but I'm going to try again. Dodge wants $7.60 / bolt for their part number. Pretty expensive if it is a simple 7/16" NC...

You beat me to it, yup that's what I found to. To the OP, what transfer case do you have? Mines the NV273. May be different bolts for different cases.

Thanks guys... yes, I have the NV273 as well, and my flange did turn out to be 7/16" NC. The holes just weren't tapped quite enough to run the bolts in easily. Anyway, don't buy these bolts from Dodge @ $7 / ea!
