I have a 2005 ram 2500, both tie ends are lose, is it best to go with oem or after market?

there is an upgraded steering kit for our trucks that came off the 07 and newer there is a post on here somewhere look up upgraded steering and look at the later pages the earlier part numbers were recalled due to breaking i believe the part numbers need to end in ae not ab aa, ac or ad youll know what i mean if you read the thread
