Unhappy 05 not starting

'05 5.9 all stock except FASS fuel pump/filter system. 163,00 miles on truck. New injectors, injector pump and turbo @ 90,000, thanks to incompetant dealership staff. Truck has been running perfect and was parked Tuesday night, when I went to start it on Friday morning, it cranked over, but no fire. Noticed lift pump was not running. Volt gauge and fuel guage not responding to ignition key action. Spent yesterday trouble shooting. Found if I remove fuse #17 ( vis. fan) truck would start and idle like normal, but sluggish acceleration. Can put fuse in while running with no effect. Shut truck off though with fuse in and will not start until it is again removed. I have check the threads here regarding electrical issues, great info. but so far no luck for me. Any thoughts. Thanks.
