I just had the truck in for warranty checks. They completed the 4275086-AB Label GEN 14086100. I know they did the overdrive lockout but i think they did an update flash too. Tranny seem to be grabbing better but that could always be wishful thinking. I asked about the band tightening but they said 60k. I'm only at 50k. We will see how it pulls.

I told them about the Overrun pully but they said that it was not covered under warranty. Chirp doesn't bother me so i didn't want to spend the cash. I was going to get the high idle but didn't.

I had them check the fuel pump since i noticed fuel drops but they said it was clean and not leaks.

I now can put the Quad back on i guess.

Did they stick you with the reverse, E-17 "RECALL TO INSTALL AN OUT-OF-PARK ALARM SYSTEM" ?

The trans flash sounds good, but I don't want to risk taking mine in and getting stuck with E-17.
I read it cannot be removed once entered.

I got the reverse thing a while back when they recalibrated my tire size. As far as that reverse horn, the guy told me that you can refuse that update but as you said before, once they do it, they won't un-do it. I would say to call ahead and make sure.

I was surprised & happy with the fact that no questions were asked of me at all about all the upgrades. I was a little concerned but now I know.

I read somewhere that said before they do the overdrive lock-out, they will upload the latest program to the transmission. Like i said before, it seems better to me.
