You might also look at Piers upgrading your 2004 turbo with their Bomberlite upgrade. Looks stock but flows better.

04-07 is different, but 04.5-07 are the same... make sure you have an 04 before you swap.

04.5 to 07 have the electronicly controlled wastegate. No working on an 04'. Just upgrade it.

04.5+ turbo will work perfectly fine on an 03-04 truck. It will be a direct bolt-on with zero modification except for the need of a new exhaust elbow. The "electronic wastegate" will work perfectly without any power supply and will limit boost to 28 psi. If you wanted more boost, which you do, you simply add a ball and spring wastegate controller or off ebay for 12 more bucks, or pinch the silicone hose, or disconnect it and cap the pressurized end. HE351cw is the correct turbo and it will live a long life with 45 psi daily so not much need for a wastegate on the tow or mild performance rig.

Here's the skinny buddy. Your turbo is at it's max for stock fueling. Do you have a chip or down loader? By your sig it says no, so any bigger won't improve performance. The biggest choke point on these motors is the exhaust side of the turbo, especially the stock turbo. Doesn't matter if it is a 03/04 or a 04.5/07. The exhaust turbine is still a 9 cm exhaust housing. So say you want MORE towing power, add a fueling box to increase boost pressure. The choke point or efficiency of a stock 03-04 is 28 psi. The 04.5 and up with the larger compressor wheel is 32 psi. Any higher and all the engine receives is hotter compressed air....make sense....the exhaust 9 cm side of the turbo is still the limit. Don't cheap out if your going full billet tranny, up grade the turbo!
