04 555 CR goes 775 on #2
Just getting started.
Smarty
Flux 4.3's
Helix 2 and springs
64/480 twins
No TST yet. It was worth 40 HP last time stacked on the 06 so it will go on next.
Still tweaking the gates.
Must be another 50 or so left before bigger stix.
Ok, back to work now ) -:
Oh yeah....I almost forgot...it was still making 770 at 3900 RPM!!!!!!! HolyCow

Twin PPE pumps.
The truck still has the factory exhaust system after the 5" downpipe reduces from the bottom turbo. That'll change soon.

Up to 781 HP now. That factory muffler and exhaust system is plugging up further progress. Time to pipe it and re-dyno it.
BTW, the bottom turbo only made 20 PSI. Not the 30 plus I want. Factory exhaust and muffler again. LOL

Ended up doing 780 uncorrected on #2. Only using a race smarty for electronics. I think the stock muffler is hurting me also. I can only pull about 22lbs off the bottom charger.
The race program is real smooth and pulls hard over 3900 rpm. No funny knocks or rattlin. I think with a few small tweeks it will be ready for release.
The htt intercooler also seems to be working well. All I had to test was a infra red gun but there was a good 60 degree drop across the cooler without anything but the engine fan. Stock intercooler is to hot to touch after a set of dyno pulls. Tim

Also a big thanks to Don ,Bob, Seth, Nate, Tim and Dtt. Two weeks ago this was a stock truck. Lots of my time and there help have moved this project ahead quickly. Tim
