04 2500 Diesel Front end Squeak Help
Hadn't searched the threads here but i have a early version Dodge 2500 Club Cab 4x4 . Sounds like a loud squeaking noise when i go slow and turn sharp . I live in Tn. and bought this truck from a guy in Minnesota and it has 49,000 miles only . Been babied and kept in the dry (since i bought it with 13,000 miles) and took care of but i have already replaced the exhaust due to rust . Also rear brakes and calipers due to rust . Heard the noise a few weeks ago and checked the front brakes and pads were about half but again the rust was awful . So replaced the pads , calipers and brake hoses . Everything is anti-sized and brake lubed and still have the noise when i turn at slow speeds . Any ideals or problems that i am no aware of for these model trucks ? Ball joint seems tight ? HELP !!!!!!!

Just a plain ole guy
I had a shock squeaking on mine. I really think it was more of the shock rubber at the end. It needed them anyway so new shocks fixed it. It can also be a ball joint. I hear that ball joint failures are kinda common in states that salt roads.
