Question 04-04.5??

What is the break between the 04 and 04.5 I saw it once right after I started coming to this site but can't find it back I'm pretty sure mine is just a straight 04 it was man. 9-03 and the motor on 9-2-03. Also do three pillar gauge pods replace the whole plastic piece covering the upright support?
Thanks for all your help
P.S. I know mine is a 325/600

Take a look at the engine data plate. If it's a a 305 it's an 04 if it's 325/600 then it's an 04.5

I think yours is a straight 04 if it was manufactured in 09-03. Mine was made in 11-03 and it is an 04, 305,555.
