03 lift pumps

Are the 03 lift pumps any better than the eariler models? Just wondering if there have been any reported failures of 03 pumps yet? I was looking at mine to see if there was a scrader valve on the injection pump to attach my manual gauge to check the pressure. Did not notice one.

Re:03 lift pumps

Have not seen one fail yet. On the 03 we are testing the BullyDog box alone would pull the fuel pressure down to 0psi. We had a carter pump and hooked it up at the tank. May not be the best fix, but it is keeping the fuel psi 20 at idle and down to 10psi at wot. Still testing.

Re:03 lift pumps

So under stock conditions they seem to be solid?
