'01 CTD idle hesitation
Hey board;
Been awhile since I've logged onto the old DTR forum. I see a lot of the "classic" problems are still alive and well. LOL.
Just replaced my 2nd lift pump in my CTD this past weekend.
My question pertains to the hesitation experienced under idle conditions after the truck is warmed up. As I recall, several people here had the same issue, and nobody really had a solution.
I went through the entire winter without the hesitation at all......however now that the weather is warmed up, I notice it's back. It only seems to do it after the truck has been thourally warmed up. Just a slight jump / hesitation, and the tach jumps ever so slightly.
Anyone have any solutions to this yet?
I'm convinced it's not my VP or my IP, as they have both been replaced...having no effect on the hesitation problem.
Thanks
