What is this?
Looking around to see if I could see anything obvious about why my ABS and Brake Lights are on and found this. The abs motor runs continuously if I leave the fuse in, so I just pulled it..
It looks like it should be grounded somewhere, but I don't want to ground a wire that's supposed to be powered. Any guesses? Anyone want to look at theirs and let me know where it goes?
Thanks!

Just looked at my truck. If i'm looking at the same location, I have a wire like that zip tied to small wire bundle near ABS controller. I haven't messed with it so it came from the factory like that. Don't know what its for.

Completely pullin this outta nowhere, but maybe its some kind of gnd to kick out the abs solenoid or something? Take a test light and run it to gnd, then connect it to that wire, if it lights up, the wire is hot. If not, touch it to gnd with the truck running and if it shuts the abs motor off, i'd say bolt her up. Worse thing that'd happen would be a blown fuse i would think
