Anyone running stacks?

I was wondering what you guys running stacks do about the rain? Is it an issue filling up the pipe? Do you run flaps? Any info about this would be great, because I want to run stacks, but am worried about this.

Unless you let it sit for a LONG time in the rain I wouldn't worry about it. It would take a few gallons to cause any troubles. It would have to fill the pipe all the way to the turbo to do any harm. But if you do leave it for a while when it's raining endlessly I'd put some sort of cover over them. My friend uses a Mr Big Gulp on his.
