Airdog filter? - Dodge Diesel

Which filters do you guys replace them with? Fleetguard has a direct replacement. I think I'm past due. Should I change both filter and separator?

I would change both. you can google the part numbers for them I just changed both on mine the pressure seems to be more steady than before
