Aerotravel wind deflector

Any one using the Aerotravel? Had a friend give me one that he had on a 97. I ordered a mounting kit for my 05 in april and finally got it two weeks ago. This thing HOWLS like mad----leaving tonight to go to a shooting competition bout 250 miles away and I'm going to see if it increases mileage at all while pulling my trailer.

I use the Aerotravel wind deflector and have never got any kind of a noise from it.

Bill,
I haven't noticed any increase in MPG w/aerotravel because of all the varying conditions in my travels. Stability - maybe yes but I didn't have any prior problems either. The best thing w/aerotravel has been keeping the bugs off the wilderness scene decal I have on the front of the fiver! Worth the cost? Probably not but less work washing the front and it looks cool.

My 'need' is for something which might work against crosswinds and I suspect that there is nothing that will do much there. Your description fits with what I have long suspected. Thanks for the information.
