Additional Tranny cooler

Hi ALL,

Does anyone have any recomendations on a brand of Tranny coolers and installation locations?

I want to add another cooler inline with the stock cooler, Just not sure where I can mount it?

The truck will be used to tow a 5th wheel, about 6000 lbs I think?

Thanks in advance

Cheers

There are a lot of good brands out there. I've seen folks mount them under the bed with an electric fan.

I am also planning on running an auxilary cooler. I plow with my truck, and sometimes it gets the fluid a bit warm if I really press it. I'll probably just put it right in front of the radiator, and use the rubber hose to supply it. I don't really like the bed idea, just because it seems like it could be damaged, or get dirty real easy. If you don't put it in a place with air flow, get a flex-a-lite with an electric fan. I think I am going with the flex-a-lite without the fan.
