'92 turn signal switch
well i need a new switch as mine doesn't function like it should. very quick and probably easy question regarding it... is the wiring in my '90 similar to the '92 wiring? mine has the integrated high beam switch with the wiper controls also. TIA fellers!

If they look the same, try it. But, I think they are different- you probably have to get a new assembly. What is the switch doing/not doing in the 92? The W350 I just sold didnt cancel itself after a turn, but the wipers and hi/low beams worked, so I didnt care.

the switch in my '90 is the one that's "bad". it works, but in order for the right-hand turn flasher to work, i have to push upward on it kinda hard. if i don't hold it, i can hear the flasher clicking, but the indicator in the gauge cluster and the turn signal don't flash until i push up hard enough to make contact. obviously it's just getting old and not functioning like it used to. all other functions work just fine. high/low beam switching, wiper functions and it would cancel after a turn also. i just like for my stuff to work like it's supposed/made to. the only reason i ask about the '92 working in my '90 is because i could get it for $30 shipped in these classifieds. or i pay $40 shipped for one from another '90 model elsewhere. if the '92 is a simple "plug and play", i'd know which one i'm buying.

signal sw
I just checked at a parts store for a signal sw for my 90/ w tilt wheel.
Thay said that 88 to 90 had the same switch. Then it changed after that. (again, tilt wheel). Mine had a broken base on the outer housing for the signal switch. I made a new stalk from steel. $155 for new switch. Ray
